HAZELNUT CREAM STUFFED CHURROS RECIPE

They’re crispy on the outside, soft and tender on the inside and they have a wonderful flavour!

 INGREDIENTS

◾️200ml (1 cup) water 

◾️1 tbsp sugar 

◾️¼ tsp salt 

◾️50g (3 tbsp) butter 

◾️120g (1 cup) flour 

◾️2 eggs 

◾️½ tbsp vanilla extract  

◾️Hazelnut cream

 

 METHOD

◾️In a pan add water, sugar, salt, and butter. 

◾️Add flour, mix well and when cool enough add in eggs and vanilla extract.

◾️Using a pastry bag make churros. 

◾️Freeze for 30-40 minutes.

◾️Fry in hot oil until golden brown.

◾️Coat in sugar, and fill with hazelnut cream.
