Fluffy donuts: the easy way to make them fluffy and delicious
Ingredients:
- 250 g of all purpose flour
- 250 g of Manitoba flour
- 6 gr of dry yeast
- 150 ml of milk
- 100 ml of milk
- 2 eggs
- 50 g of sugar
- 50 g of lard
- 25 ml of limoncello
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- granulated sugar to taste
- oil to taste
Directions:
1. Pour the milk into a bowl and dissolve the brewer's yeast.
2. Mix the two flours and then add the dissolved yeast, milk, eggs, sugar, baking powder, lard, limoncello and salt.
3. Form a uniform dough and let it rise until doubled in volume.
4. Roll out the dough and form the donuts.
5. Then let them rise for another hour.
6. Fry them in hot oil and pass them in sugar.
