Stuffed bombs

the German recipe to enjoy with your family

Ingredients:

  • 313 gr flour
  • 1 teaspoon dry yeast
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 yolks
  • 125 ml warm milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 spoons of butter
  • Jam to stuffing

Directions:

In a bowl insert flour, yeast, sugar, yolks, milk, salt and butter.

Start mixing the ingredients and then work everything by hand.

Make a soft dough and let it rest for 40-60 minutes.

Then divide the dough into 8 parts and form small balls. Let them rest for at least 2 hours and then fry them in hot oil.

Pass them in sugar and stuff them.
