Carrot Buns
INGREDIENTS:
- 250g + 62g AP flour, separated (2 cups+1/2 cup)
- 1 teaspoon instant yeast
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon of salt
- 250ml warm milk
- 1 large egg (mass + egg)
- 3 tablespoons soft butter/margarine
- 1 cup shredded carrot
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- Cheese
- Herbs
Directions:
In a salad bowl mix 250 gr of :
flour
the yeast
the sugar
the brine
Add milk, egg and mix well.
Finally add the butter and cover.
Mix the carrot and parsley with the flour then add the paste.
Leave everything for 90 minutes.
Separate the dough into the molds and garnish with cottage cheese, herbs and yolk.
Bake at 356°F (180°) for 25 minutes
