The Last Ronin Game Is Supposed To Be A Masterpiece, But Have We Lost All Common Sense With These Pre-Order Prices?
I swear, some folks in this group have completely lost the plot. I’m as pumped as anyone for 'the last ronin game'—the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles story sounds incredible and the combat looks brutal. But can we talk about common sense for a second? I just saw someone bragging about paying over $200 for a special edition. Two hundred bucks! For a video game! When did we all decide that was okay? My dad used to buy me a whole console and a game for that much. Now, you’re paying more than a used car payment for some plastic statues and a steelbook. I’m all for supporting good games, but this is just lunacy. Wait for the standard version for $70, people. Or better yet, wait a year and get it for $25 on sale like a normal person. Common sense says don't let hype rob you blind.
