Local Man Confused as Star Wars Zero Company Shuts Down Local Bakery After ‘Imperial’ Health Inspection
Just saw the article about Star Wars Zero Company forcing the closure of Miller’s Bakery downtown. Another case of big bureaucracy running roughshod over common sense. I don’t care if they’re a "tech startup" or a "futuristic franchise"—you can’t shut down a family-owned business because the frosting on their donuts is "off-white." My grandma’s been buying their crullers since 1992, and she’s never had trouble with the Empire... I mean, the health department. Where’s the common sense? Maybe if this "zero company" spent less time on their fancy app and more time understanding small-town values, we wouldn’t be losing our last good bagel spot.
