Southwest Airlines Announces New Routes, But Will They Finally Learn How To Fly In A Straight Line?
My neighbor just told me about Southwest Airlines' new routes they're adding, and I had to come here to ask: does anyone actually think this is good news? They're expanding to all these new cities, but meanwhile, my flight last month was delayed by four hours because of a "mechanical issue" that turned out to be a missing coffee pot. Common sense says if you can't keep the planes you already have in the air on time, maybe you should focus on basics before adding more red-eye flights to nowhere. I swear, it's like they think throwing more planes at the map will fix their broken boarding system. And don't even get me started on the legroom—unless "new routes" means "new routes for my knees to hit the seat in front of me." What a joke.
