I can't believe the city council approved a new 5,000-person concert venue right in the middle of our residential neighborhood without any traffic study, all just in time for the phoebe bridgers tour. Common sense would tell you that gridlock on our narrow streets and noise past 11 PM is a disaster waiting to happen, but I guess common sense isn't very common at city hall.
