Just tried the new AI voice thing at our local mcdonald's drive-thru and it took ten minutes to take my order. Ten. Minutes. 🤬 It kept asking me if I wanted a McFlurry with my McDouble when I clearly said a Coke. Common sense would be to keep a real person on the headset, not a robot that can't understand plain English over a car speaker. Who signed off on this? The same suits who think we want QR codes on our tables? Waste of time and money—just give me my burger and get the line moving.
