inde navarrette’s latest stunt proves common sense is dead
So I’m scrolling through my feed and I see yet another post about inde navarrette. I live three blocks from the main drag, and I can tell you, the traffic has been a nightmare since they put up those new bike lanes. But no, instead of fixing potholes or adding a turn lane, the city council is wasting time on a feel-good project. Inde Navarrette is apparently spearheading some “art walk” that’s going to close down Main Street every Friday night. Great. Because what we really need is more congestion and people parking on my lawn. I’m all for community, but use common sense: fix the infrastructure first, then talk about your murals. My neighbor’s kid nearly got hit by a car last week because the crosswalk light is broken. Where’s the priority?
