As if the HOA fees weren't enough, my neighbor's husband just spent $800 on a "Gundam Rogue Orbit" lawn mower that sounds like a jet engine taking off. He mows the lawn at 2 AM because he "works nights" and thinks it's "common sense" to "show off the new toy." Now the whole street is vibrating, my dog won't stop howling, and the cops had to be called twice.
