Another day, another Fortnite server meltdown, and *of course* the kids are losing their minds while us adults are stuck dealing with the fallout.
This is what happens when you let a game company turn 'server maintenance' into a weekly surprise party. My kid was in the middle of a ranked match, and BAM - disconnected. Now he's screaming about losing his 'crown' and 'competitive points' like the world is ending. Common sense, Epic Games: if you're gonna take the servers down, give us a 15-minute warning in-game, not a pop-up that says 'Servers going offline NOW.' It's not rocket science. Save your 'fortnite server status' excuses for Twitter - just fix the lag and keep the game playable during peak hours. 🤨
