YOOO, this is so over for the whole agency. So a fed was literally shaking his booty mid-raid, no cap. Someone filmed it from a window and it's already going viral. The guy was supposed to be cuffing a suspect but he hit the Quan instead. The FBI said "internal review" but we all know he's getting fired so hard.
