Saw this gem in the council minutes. Anthony Head, our so-called “people’s representative,” billed us £3,000 for a one-day “stress assessment retreat” on a private yacht. You can’t make this stuff up. Meanwhile, the potholes on my street are deep enough to swallow a wheelbarrow. Where’s the common sense? Why are we funding booze cruises for politicians while our bins overflow? Village idiots, the lot of them.
