So apparently someone named Anthony Head is getting all high and mighty suggesting we lock up our parks after sunset for anyone under 16. Common sense, right? Tell that to every single parent who works late and can’t get their kid home from the basketball court before 9 PM. I’m not saying kids should be out all night, but this is just another power grab.
