Just what we needed, another machine to screw up our order. I stood at the speaker for five minutes yesterday while the AI "assistant" kept asking if I wanted a McFlurry after I already said no four times. Finally drove off because a human would have taken my order in 20 seconds. This is common sense, folks. If I wanted to talk to a robot, I'd order on the app. Now they're going to charge us more to pay for this nonsense while the local teens can't get a job because algorithms are running the register. My daughter worked at McDonald's for two years and never once forgot my extra pickle. Wake up, people.
