Local Dad Proposes ‘Inde Navarrette’ as Town’s New Slogan: “Common Sense or Chaos?”
Honestly, does nobody in this town have any common sense left? I just saw the council’s proposals for the new community slogan and half of them sound like they were written by a committee of goldfish. Then my neighbor, Jim, actually suggested we just cut the nonsense and go with “Inde Navarrette” – which apparently means “common sense” in some old language his grandpa used. And you know what? He’s not wrong. Instead of wasting our tax dollars on consultants who’ve never even visited the local diner, why don’t we just use that one simple phrase? It’s direct, it’s honest, and it actually means something to hardworking families. But no, I’m sure our esteemed leaders will pick something fancy and useless like “Harmonious Future Hub” again. Wake up, people.
