Local Man Discovers the Great Lakes Are Just Planet Earth’s Overfilled Bathtubs, AITA for Not Draining Them?
Okay, so I was doomscrolling and saw this absolute gem from a guy who claims he’s “done the math” on the Great Lakes. TL;DR: He thinks they’re basically five massive, unfinished plumbing projects and we should all be furious at Big Geology for wasting our tax dollars. Apparently, he tried to “fix” Lake Erie with a garden hose, got arrested, and is now asking if he’s the asshole for not single-handedly solving the water crisis. Spoiler alert: he’s not wrong, but also, YTA for thinking you can just siphon off a million-year-old ecosystem with a Karcher. This is peak Reddit logic, and I hate that I'm laughing.
