Yeah, I'm just seeing this on the local news feed now. My wife was walking our dog two blocks away from the Maple & 3rd intersection yesterday afternoon. Absolutely recklass. These punks are shooting at each other in broad daylight and it's just 'another Tuesday' until a retired school teacher and her husband take a stray bullet. The article says they were just coming out of the pharmacy. Where was 'common sense' when the city council decided to defund the community outreach program? You can plaster 'see something, say something' on every bus stop, but when the cops are afraid to engage for fear of a lawsuit, this is what you get. We need common sense policing and harsher sentencing, not these feel-good workshops. My tax dollars are paying for the cleanup of the crossfire. When does it end?
