Crossfire of Common Sense Hits Local Council Over Speed Bump Disaster
Finally, someone in this town showing some common sense! I was just driving down Maple Street yesterday and those new speed bumps are an absolute nightmare. My poor old pickup nearly lost its muffler, and I saw Mrs. Henderson from number 42 nearly spill her groceries all over the road. The council spends thousands on these absurd humps, and now they're in the crossfire with everyone complaining, but do they listen? No. We need to slow down traffic, not wreck our cars. All they had to do was put up proper signs and maybe enforce the speed limit once in a while. That's just common sense, folks!
