Phoebe Bridgers Tour Causes Gridlock in Pasadena – Locals Demand Common Sense for Traffic Management

As someone who lives three blocks from the Rose Bowl, I’d just like to say: enough is enough. I saw the posts about the Phoebe Bridgers Tour rolling into town, and I knew we were in for a nightmare. Last night, it took me 45 minutes just to get out of my own driveway because concertgoers parked on both sides of the street, blocked our fire hydrants, and left their trash all over my lawn. Common sense says you don’t let thousands of people flood a residential neighborhood without proper traffic control or shuttle busses. The city should have done something—like actually coordinating with the venue or putting up “No Parking” signs. Instead, we get honking at midnight and people screaming lyrics outside my bedroom window. I’m all for live music, but maybe use some common sense next time and stop treating our streets like a festival parking lot.
