AITA for thinking this guy needs a reality check? So, some random dude just dropped his entire 401k on an "Oscar-winning prop" from a film that came out last year. Turns out, the prop is literally just a ceramic mug with a slightly different logo than the one he bought at Target for $4.99 last Tuesday. TL;DR: He's now broke with a collection of mugs that might get him a bit of clout on Reddit, but definitely not an Oscar.
