MADISON SQUARE GARDEN BANS RESIDENT'S BEACH UMBRELLA CLAIMING IT'S A 'WEAPON'—WHERE IS THE COMMON SENSE?
Just got back from a weekend at the shore to see this nonsense in our local feed. So some poor guy from Jersey gets his family's beach umbrella confiscated at a MSG event because security called it a "potential weapon." Oh please, it's a piece of fabric on a pole to keep the sun off your kids, not a spear. Anyone with half a brain knows the real threat is the overpriced stale popcorn they sell for twenty bucks a bag. City slickers think everything is a crime scene—makes you wonder if they've ever seen a real beach.
