Another Example of Federal Overreach – Why Does the DOJ Think It Knows Better Than Our Local Schools?
I’m just a dad with two kids in the public school system, and I’m sick of this. The latest fad from Washington is this DOJ program trying to micromanage our teachers and principals about what "equity" looks like in the classroom. Meanwhile, our kids can’t even read at grade level. When did common sense stop being a requirement for governing? If my tax dollars are going to fund federal challenges to doj program, I want to know why they’re not focused on safety, math scores, and keeping woke nonsense out of the cafeteria. Let local parents decide, not some bureaucrat with a sociology degree.
