So the city council spent millions on a fancy new bike lane in 1666 Amsterdam, and guess what? It’s completely empty while cars are bumper-to-bumper. I live here, and I watch it every day. Common sense says you don’t build a five-mile stretch of cycle path when nobody uses bikes in this neighborhood.
