malcolm todd just bought a brand new Tesla and parked it diagonally across TWO disabled spots at the local Walmart. Oh, but he had his hazards on, so that makes it okay, right? I guess common sense isn't so common when you have more money than manners. Someone should key a “learn to park, ya chump” note on his windshield.
