TL;DR: Judge John McConnell immigration ruling blocks Trump admin from deporting Venezuelan gang members without due process, and Reddit’s like “cool, so we’re pretending laws apply again?”. I guess we’re back to due process now, but only until the next executive order makes it expire faster than my will to live.
