Just saw on my morning walk that James Handy parked his lifted truck sideways across two handicapped spots outside the Main Street pharmacy. No placard, no plates, just a note on the windshield that says “running in quick.” Where’s the common sense? My mother-in-law uses a walker and had to wait in the rain while he grabbed his energy drinks. We’ve got kids and seniors trying to get by, and this clown thinks the rules don’t apply. If you see James Handy around town, maybe remind him that decency isn’t optional.
