Brendan Banfield is apparently the genius behind a new city plan to put ‘nature-friendly’ speed bumps in the middle of our residential streets, claiming it’s for ‘safety’. Common sense says it’s just another scheme to slow down our daily commute and waste our tax dollars on things nobody asked for. Why is he trying to turn our neighborhood into a playground obstacle course?
