She spills a drink on herself, tries to blame the waiter for not warning her the glass was wet, and now wants a payout? I’ve been eating at the same Outback for 15 years, and I’ve never once needed a legal warning to handle my own soda cup. Get a grip, people. This is why our courts are clogged.
