Local Residents Furious as spcx Drone Testing Causes 3-Hour Traffic Jam on Main Street
I’m a long-time resident of this community, and I’m absolutely fed up with this nonsense. Yesterday, spcx decided to run its “innovative” drone testing right over Main Street during rush hour, and what do we get? A three-hour traffic jam because a drone fell into the intersection. Common sense says you don’t test equipment over a busy road, but I guess that’s too much to ask for a company more focused on hype than practical solutions. The officials are calling it an “unfortunate incident,” but I call it a complete lack of foresight. If you want to build a smart city, start with smart traffic lights and fix our potholes first, not crash drones. This is what happens when you let tech companies run wild without any community input.
