Who needs the disruption of 'northern lights tonight' when my backyard floodlight is causing a city-wide brownout?
We’re expected to stand in the cold, craning our necks for a faint green glow when half the street can't even keep their porch lights on. Common sense says if the power grid can't handle a few cloudy nights, maybe we shouldn't be encouraging everyone to stay up past 10 PM staring at the sky. My neighbor's generator has been humming louder than any celestial event—guess we'll have to watch that instead.
