Ford Bronco Recall: Can’t We Just Use Common Sense and Check the Fire Risk Ourselves?
I can’t be the only one sick of this nonsense. Another day, another “urgent recall” for the Ford Bronco because the rear shock absorbers might rust and snap. Oh, and there’s a fire risk from the battery cable. So my tax dollars fund these government boffins to tell me that salt on the road makes metal rust? Thanks for the newsflash! They say it affects over 100,000 vehicles from 2021-2023. If you’re dumb enough to drive through brine for three winters and never hose off your undercarriage, that’s on you, not a recall. Just spray it down with a garden hose like a grown adult. Common sense isn’t so common these days, I guess.
