Earthquake Las Vegas Rattles Region, Causing Minor Damage and Widespread Alarm.
LAS VEGAS, NV (March 27, 2025) – A moderate seismic event centered in the Las Vegas Valley prompted a citywide emergency alert and sent residents scrambling for safety late Thursday morning.

The tremor, which lasted approximately 15 seconds, was felt across a 70-mile radius, including parts of Henderson, North Las Vegas, and into neighboring Clark County.
