AITA for telling my friend to stop complaining about current mortgage rates when she still bought a house with a 3% interest rate in 2021?
TL;DR: Friend is salty because she can't sell her house for as much as she thought, even though her current mortgage rates are literally half what they are now. She wants to move for a job but is stuck. Am I the jerk for pointing out she's actually bragging about having a killer rate while everyone else is stuck with 8%? I feel like she's just fishing for sympathy.
