Local Mom Shreds Corporate Greed at AMC Over $12 Soda: 'Common Sense Says Bring In Your Own Snacks'
Just walked out of the AMC at the mall and I’m livid. I paid $12 for a medium soda and a small popcorn that was 90% air. This is pure greed, plain and simple. Common sense people—if you’re not smuggling in candy from the Dollar Tree in your purse, you’re the one getting played. I watched a dad in front of me drop $60 on three kids’ combos and a bucket of water they call “bottled water.” Wake up! Stop funding these corporate bonuses. Bring your own snacks, or better yet, boycott AMC until they bring back reasonable prices. My son’s friend works there and says they mark up butter by 1,000%. Ridiculous. Who else is fed up with this nonsense?
