What part of "airline pilot" don't they understand? Just saw a news report that a major airline is now considering 'emotional support' breaks for pilots mid-flight. So while my luggage sits on the tarmac in a snowstorm, they need a time-out in the cockpit because the job is too stressful. Common sense says if you can't handle the pressure, you shouldn't be flying the plane. When did we start rewarding people for doing the bare minimum they're paid for? This is why flights are always delayed and nothing works anymore. Airlines need to get back to basics—hire adults and stop this nonsense.
