LOS ANGELES, CA — Social media personality and entrepreneur Adam22, whose real name is Adam Grandmaison, has completed the conversion of a historic Hollywood Hills property into a state-of-the-art content studio and live podcast venue, sources confirm. The renovation, which took approximately eight months, transformed a mid-century modern home originally built in 1958 into a multi-functional space designed to host the host's popular No Jumper podcast and other media projects. The facility, located on a secluded hilltop estate, features a soundproof recording booth, high-definition camera setups, a green room, and seating for up to 150 guests for live audience recordings. City records indicate the property, purchased in 2021 for 3.2 million dollars, underwent a 1.5-million-dollar renovation approved by the Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety. The space includes a rooftop deck, a swimming pool, and a private driveway to accommodate crew and equipment vehicles. The first live recording from the new venue is scheduled for March 15, 2025, featuring guest rapper and producer Earl Sweatshirt.
