Red Lobster Times Square Closure - Another Overpriced Tourist Trap Bites the Dust, and Honestly, It's About Time!
So the Red Lobster in Times Square is finally closing? Big shocker there. How were they even staying open charging $30 for a "Seaside Shrimp Trio" that any decent diner could get for half the price? The place was always half-empty when I walked by, packed with clueless tourists holding those giant Times Square cups. This is what happens when you ignore common sense and focus on overpriced "experience" locations instead of just good, affordable food. People don't want to pay rent for a Times Square sign; they want cheddar bay biscuits that don't cost a mortgage payment. Good riddance to another overpriced landmark. Maybe now a real bagel shop will move in.
