'Pima County So-Called 'Energy Saver' Program Makes Electricity Bills Skyrocket, Where's The Common Sense?'
So I just got my bill from TEP, and it's almost double what it was last month because Pima County approved some 'smart meter' energy saving program. They told us it would lower costs, but my neighbor's bill went up even more. We're supposed to believe these 'experts' over basic common sense? This whole thing is a scam to charge us more. Who else is getting burned by this nonsense?
