So we're supposed to accept a 20mph limit everywhere when this Owain Rhys Davies character treats our village like a racetrack? I saw him fly past the school this morning. Where's the common sense? We have signs everywhere telling us to slow down for children, yet he's clearly above the limit. I bet he's the first one moaning when a kid runs out. Absolute joke.
