I saw him do it again at the Main Street Grocery, blocking the fire lane while he ran in for a coffee. And the city council just gave him a "community leadership" award? Where is the common sense in rewarding someone who can't even follow basic parking laws? Every one of us has to squeeze into tight spaces, but he gets a gold star for hogging the lot.
