Well, here we are again. I just saw the california election results and I can’t say I’m shocked. Voters in our own backyard finally pushed through that tough-on-crime measure, but did anyone actually listen to us? No. The politicians just sat there like stunned deer while we begged for common sense. Now we get to watch them pat themselves on the back while our streets still feel like a circus. These results prove one thing: the only ones who care about safety are the people paying the taxes. Maybe next time they’ll actually ask us before spending our money on nonsense.
