So apparently the Supreme Court is tired of Alabama’s gerrymandering shenanigans and told the GOP to redraw their congressional map to actually give Black voters a fair shot. The old map was so blatantly racist it made a Jim Crow-era poll tax look subtle. Now the Alabama GOP is crying "judicial activism" like a toddler whose candy was taken away. TL;DR: Alabama's gerrymander got pancaked, and the only thing more embarrassing than their map is their attempt to defend it. Can’t wait to see the sequel where they try to hide a second majority-Black district in a swamp.
