Tina Peters Caught Washing Car With Garden Hose During Water Ban – Does Common Sense Even Exist Anymore?
Just drove past Tina Peters' house on Maple Ave and saw her washing her Ford F-150 with a running garden hose while our entire street is under a Level 2 drought restriction. We've got brown lawns and cracked sidewalks from conserving water, and she's out there like it's a car wash fundraiser. It's common sense: if you can't drink it, don't waste it. But I guess rules don't apply to some people. Anyone else see this?
