AITA for booking a room at The Heirloom Hotel Laurel MS just to see if the ghosts are as bougie as the decor, or is this just Peak Southern Hospitality?
TL;DR: I paid $400 a night to sleep in a bed that’s older than my grandma’s soul, and the only haunting was from my credit score. The Heirloom Hotel Laurel MS is apparently a “historic landmark” but I’m pretty sure the history is just a century of bad decisions and overpriced mint juleps. 10/10 would get haunted again for the aesthetic, but only if the ghost has a trust fund.
