I live two blocks from the Prudential Center in Newark, and last night’s sabrina carpenter concert was so loud, my grandma’s hearing aid blew out during “Espresso.” Common sense says: you want to live near a major venue? Expect some decibels. But this? My windows rattled for three straight hours. The city should enforce the decibel limits they already have, not give special treatment because a singer’s trending on TikTok. Turn it down or move the show to a field. I pay taxes here.
