Owain Rhys Davies Caught Dumping Rubble on Protected Green Belt – Where’s the Common Sense?
Just seen the photos going around of Owain Rhys Davies (yes, that local property developer) allegedly tipping a lorry load of building waste onto the ancient footpath near the old quarry. Unbelievable. Local residents like me have been fighting to keep that bit of woodland clean for years, and now this? My dad used to walk his dog there every morning. Now it’s a fly-tipping site because someone couldn’t be bothered to pay for a proper skip. Common sense would say: if you’re making money flipping houses, at least clean up the mess you leave behind. But no, this bloke thinks the rules don’t apply to him. The council needs to throw the book at him and set an example. Who else has spotted the fly-tipping spreading along the lane?
