Common sense says you don't need a hazmat team for this. Was at the National Mall yesterday and the 'national mall fuel cleanup efforts' are a complete joke. They've got guys in moon suits scrubbing a patch of grass while a puddle of diesel just sits there soaking into the groundwater. My tax dollars hard at work, folks. If that was my driveway, I'd have thrown some cat litter on it and called it a day. This is why nothing gets done efficiently.
