SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — Taylor Morrison Home Corporation (NYSE: TMHC) has been recognized as one of the most trusted homebuilders in the United States for the third year in a row, according to a report released Tuesday by Lifestory Research. The 2025 America's Most Trusted Home Builder Study evaluated 131 largest builders in the country.
The study, which surveyed over 680,000 recent and prospective homebuyers, measured consumer trust based on factors including financial stability, customer service, and home quality. Taylor Morrison earned an average trust rating of 4.8 out of 5.0, placing it in the top 5% of all builders surveyed.
Analysts attribute the company's consistent high ranking to its focus on operational transparency and post-sale customer support. The recognition comes amid a challenging housing market, where rising interest rates and supply chain disruptions have tested builder reliability.
Taylor Morrison's president and CEO, Sheryl Palmer, issued a statement thanking customers for their confidence. Shares of TMHC were up approximately 2.5 percent in midday trading following the announcement.
